New XLX303 reflector

As part of our continued multiprotocol efforts, we’ve created a new XLX reflector running on our own hardware. XLX303 is now live and in the directories for repeaters and hotspots! You should be able to connect to 303 via DCS, XRF, or REF protocols. Modules A through J and enabled right now, with most activity on module A.

In the near future we will be adding some transcoding hardware to two or three of the modules. The exact configuration for which talkgroups and other reflectors that we will bridge remains to be determined.

In the meantime, please feel free to connect to and use XLX303! You can view the dashboard here. Let us know if you have any comments, questions, or ideas!
